A word from the Founder

Welcome to Hotel Sales Guide.

Hospitality sales has been my passion for more than 15 years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with hotels, brands, and commercial teams across EMEA, helping drive revenue growth, develop sales talent, and build lasting client relationships.

The idea for Hotel Sales Guide was born during my Executive MBA at Les Roches. As part of my applied research project, I explored the relationship between employee onboarding, retention, and long-term business performance in the hospitality industry. One finding stood out consistently: organizations struggling with retention and employee engagement often lacked structured, practical training programs that helped people succeed from day one.

At the same time, I reflected on my own experience in hotel sales. Too often, talented professionals are expected to deliver results without access to practical guidance, proven frameworks, or consistent onboarding. Much of the industry’s knowledge remains locked in individual experience rather than being shared, documented, and scaled.

Hotel Sales Guide was created to help bridge that gap.

This platform is the digitalization of the knowledge, lessons, successes, and challenges I have accumulated over 15+ years in the commercial side of the hotel business. Every course, handbook, template, and tool has been designed to make the lives of hospitality sales professionals easier and to provide practical resources that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

A key strength is the focus on qualification discipline - understanding which prospects are worth pursuing and which should be deprioritized or removed from the pipeline. This helps ensure that sales effort is directed toward accounts with genuine revenue potential rather than spread too thin across unqualified leads. The content also highlights the value of multi-channel engagement, reinforcing that effective prospecting requires a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven follow-up rather than reliance on a single method. This reflects how modern B2B hotel sales actually operate, where responsiveness and timing often matter as much as the message itself.
